III. Machine details
1. Auto lead edge paper feeder unit
A. Paper feeding accurately, high speed, 4rows wheels.
B. Positioning as per the front edge of the paper width, will not be affected by the paper cutting effect, conform to the positioning requirements of printing slotting die-cutting.
C. Be able to pass the curved cardboard.
D. Be able to pass the thin paperboard incl. E and B flute paper.
F. The buttons installed on the first unit of printer, easy to lock accurately and tightly.

2. Printing unit
A. Printing roller: ф300mm (without printing plate), surface grinding and chrome plated, balancing and correcting. 360° electric phase adjustment in positive and negative, PLC with touch screen of phase adjustment, auto counting by infrared ray. Printing precision ±0.75mm. Transverse adjustment range ±7mm. Hanging type printing plate fast changing device.
B. Printing lower pressing roller: outer diameterф175mm, surface grinding and chrome plated, balancing and correcting. Printing pressing rollers gap adjustment by mechanical, range is 2~11mm.
C. Metal anilox roller outer diameterф215mm, surface grinding of the steel tube, suppress overlapping curve, hard chrome plated. The LPI scope is 180~250 as per your need.

3. Rotary diecutting unit
Die-cutting roller (lower roller)
1) Die-cutting roller is made up of hi-quality steel,good surface grinding and chrome plated,dynamic balancing correction, steady running.Holes distance in axial direction 100mm; Radial direction in 18 divide.
2) Suitable score height 22.6mm,wooden die height 13mm.
Anvil blanket roller (above roller)
1) Anvil blanket roller is made up of hi-quality steel,good surface grinding and chrome plated,dynamic balancing correction, steady running. Mechanical transverse moving of the above roller to protect the anvil blanket. Electrical adjustment of the space between anvil blanket roller and die cutting roller,range is 5mm.
Automatic stripper device
Increase the automatic stripper belt to output the waste paper.
Phase adjustment device
1) Planetary gear structure. Die-cutting phase adopt digital dial 360°adjustment in running and stopping.
2) Differential clutch is used to make sure the same size of the paper,the cutting structure makes the anvil blanket smooth.

4. Vibrator unit
1) This machine consists of paper feeding waste cleaning, collection and transport of waste and walking locking parts.
2) The waste cleaning part of paper feeding is realized by the imported PU round belts. In this transmitting procedure, the two pcs vibration rollers can clean the paper waste by vibration.
3) The collection and transport of waste part can convey the paper waste which come from the two sides of the guiding plates to the side of the machine for easy collection.
4) Walking locking part, is separated and closed by 4 pulleys, easy to operate.
5) Match with the brush for cleaning the paperboard.
Paper receiver arm
1) Manual and electric type operation.
2)Paper receiver arm drive with belt, adjust the firmness separately, non-related with the belt length.
1) Drive with strength chain.
2)Pile height is 1500mm.
3)Table elevator drive motor with brake function, to maintain a fixed position, with antiskid device, prevent the table fall suddenly.
