    Full Servo Control Type Computer Whole Adsorption Glazing Dry Flexo Printer Slotter Die Cutter Machine

     

    Complete performance

     

    1. Computerized can store the common orders, fast order changing, easy to operate.

    2. All the driving roller are high quality steel, hard chrome plating, surface grinding.

    3. The wallboard is 60mm thick wrought iron, after deal with the internal stress then processed with CNC machining center.

    4. Painting technology: the parts will be treated with the procedure derusting-phosphating-paint spraying-stoving varnish to make the painting with rust proof,hard surface, and durable.

    5.The complete machine with alarm bell, will be always warning in the walking time, can keep the worker safe.

    6. Each unit equipped with emergency switch inside, can stop each unit moving inside to assure the inner operator safe.

    7. Spraying lubrication with dual oil pump automatic circulatory system, oil level balancer to keep the oil level balance.

    8. The stored orders in the computer system can reach 999 (Main controlled computer on the slotter operation side).

     

    All the draught fans for main motor, feeder, printer, glazer, drier units adopt frequency converter to control the air volume, adjust more exactly, make sure the feeding smoothly, can save more electricity and cost.

     

    I.Feeding part (1unit)

     

    1.Machine table

     

    1) Adopt PLC,touch screen multifunction control, reliable system, low failure rate, easy to operate, can set the pcs, when finished will stop automatically.

    2) This machine has the auto zero,auto register, memory recover, skip feeding, auto lift up and down the printing plate functions,etc.

    3) Eletric controlled the machine and equipped with alarm bell, will warn when running, assure the workers safety.

    4) Equipped friction type clutch on the driving shaft to avoid the damage by wrong operation.

    5) Pneumatic interlocking device.

    6) Main frequency motor, inverter control, save energy, start steadily, equipped with motor start protector.

    7) Switch on feeding part and die-cutting part interlocked, easy operation.

     

    2. Qingdao Jinliwei new type light pressure lead edge feeder

     

    1) The lead edge feeder can reduce the blocking phenomenon in paper feeding.

    2) The lifting of feeding table is pneumatic control, react fast and high precision in fast running. 3)The new type light pressure feeding wheels, can reduce about 75% pressure to paper, improve the paper strength.

    4) Frequency converter suction fan assist to feed in paper, blast capacity can be adjusted.

    5) Front baffle adjusted by manual, side baffles adjusted by computer automatically, back guard adjusted by electric.

       3 Walking part

     

    1) Equipped with emergency switch in each unit, press the button can avoid the accidentally injure to worker.

    2) Automatic walking mechanism: automatic or manual walking. Can set the distance between each unit in the main control PLC, easy to operate. Also can move by manual.

       

       4. Dust-extraction device

     

    1) Three rows brush on the feeding unit and the powerful suction dust removal device, remove the impurity on the paper, to improve the printing quality.

     

    5. Automatic zero resetting device

     

    1) Feeding unit, printing unit, die-cutting unit, all automatic zero resetting by computer.

    2)Usually use the auto resetting device preset position function, can overprint to the probable position automatically, test two pcs can adjust to the right position, reduce the waste of paper.

     

    6. Drying device

     

    1)  After each unit printer all equipped with air knife drying device. Avoid the colors mixed, improve the printing quality and speed.

     

                   II. Printing part(5 units)

     

    1.  Printing roller ( Printing plate roller)

     

    1) Outer diameter ¢321.6mm(with printing plate diameter ¢336㎜)

    2) Steel pipe with surface grinding, hard chrome plated.

    3) Do the balancing and correcting, run steadily.

    4) Fixed ratchet wheel type roll shaft.

    5) Full printing plate with groove, suitable to 9x3mm printing plate strip. Can increase half printing plate groove.

    6) Fast install and dismantle printing plate, control the positive and negative rotation by foot pedal electrically.

    7) Gap of anilox rollers are adjusted by electric, show the position by touch screen.

     

    2. Printing pressing roller

     

    1) Outer diameter ¢148 ㎜.

    2) Seamless steel pipe with surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

    3) Do the balancing and correcting, run steadily.

    4) Pressing rollers gap adjusted by electric, range is 0~11mm, display the position by touch screen.

    5) Set auto zero device, usually use the auto resetting device preset position function, can overprint to the probable position automatically, test two pcs can adjust to the right position, reduce the waste of paper.

    6) The power transmission of the pressing roller adopt cross coupling drive,reduced the attrition to make sure the steady running.

     

    3. Closed chamber doctor blade system

     

    1)  Adopt pneumatic power to recycle directly, fast recycling and cleaning.

    2) Unique doctor blade installation method, convenient to change doctor blade, exact positioning, to reach the best ink distribution effect.

    3)  Air pressure type positioning, automatically compensation of the blade abrasion.

    4) High polymer, steel knife interchange, optional for customer.

    5) Mechanical screens type positioning, dismantle and changing blade more convenient.

    6) Adopt dual layers ink cover, will not ooze ink.

    7) Equipped with auto ink cleaning function, can shorten the cleaning time, also assure the ceramic roller printing will not be burnt.

     

    4. Vacuum suction feeding platform

     

    1) Vacuum suction type ceramic wheels feeding, blast capacity can be adjusted as per different paper size in different section.

    2) Variable frequency fan control the blast capacity, save energy, feeding smoothly.

    3) Linear guideway control the lifting of air bellow, improve the printing precision.

    4) The platform height with quadrangle orientation, more steady in high speed running.

     

    5. Ceramic roller 5units (Jiangsu Haili)

     

    1) Outer diameter ¢200 ㎜.

    2) High quality thick wall seamless steel pipe with ground ceramic cobwebbing engraved by laser.

    3) Do the balancing and correcting, steady running.

    4) Printing ceramic roller mesh number 600LPI x 4units, 450LPI x 1unit (or as per customer need).

    5) Has more meticulous and exquisite printing effect, wear-resistant, longer lifetime.

    6) Equipped vapour pressure type lifting device on the feeding system (When feed in paper, anilox roller descend to touch the printing plate; If stop feeding, anilox roller will rise up).

    7) Adopt wedge block type overrun clutch, faster ink distribution and ink cleaning.

     

    6. Phase adjust structure

     

    1) Planetary type gear structure.

    2) Printing phase 360°digital adjustment by computer (in running or stopping both can be adjusted).

    3) Transverse phase controlled by computer and electric, range is ±10mm.

    4) Optional: Servo motor adjust the phase of printing roller, zero resetting and adjust phase fast, high precision.

    5)  Automatic reset system after cleaning the printing plate.

     

    7. Ink circulation

     

    1) Pneumatic type dual direction diaphragm pump, steady ink supply, simple operation and maintenance.

    2)  Lack of ink warning function: when abnormal ink supply occurred, warning light will show.

    3) Printing ink strainer, filter the impurity.

    4) Stainless steel ink box.

    5) Pressing ink supply function: It will not offer the ink if the doctor blade didn’t touch the anilox roller.

    6) Stainless steel recycle ink fountain can avoid the leakage of ink.

    7) Automatic cleaning ink function, can clean the anilox roller fast.
