    1.The machine composed with printer, slotter parts, can process 1-10mm cardboard printing creasing slotting etc. procedures.

     

    2.Wall board material is casting iron, thickness 40mm, will not be out of shape. Spot facing work adopt high precision display processing, center distance of holes can reach ±0.01mm.

     

    3.Helical tooth gears on main drive which adopted 45# steel, treated with gear shaving with high precision facility, closed spray lubrication system, put oil before run the machine, can lower down the noise, decrease the abrasion of gears, and prolong the lifetime of gears.

     

    4.Adopt the planetary gears phase for the printer slotter driving structure, precise and durable. Phase adjustment adopt Taiwan motor and high quality sensor control, precision is ±0.1mm, exact and reliable.

     

    5.All bearings use HRB brand.

     

    6.Adopt electrical separation, pneumatic locking, pneumatic edition lifting, electric ink distribution, can realize the ink continuous supplying when stop the machine, avoid the ink drying and fading phenomenon when machine stop will affect the printing effect.

     

    7.Adopt separation positioning by pneumatic, keep the gears engage position not change when machine separated, the dimensions will not change, improved the production efficiency.

     

    8.Adopt crosshead shoe, for the paper 1mm-10mm thickness, the gears meshing gap keep the same, assure the printing precision and prolong the gears using lifetime.

     

    9.Ink guiding system adopt high precision anilox roller with independent motor for ink distribution, high quality diaphragm pump supply ink, can adjust the ink volume randomly, improved the ink supplying more average.

     

    10.Adopt electrical counter, can control the paper qty exactly, match with warning alarm, can warn workers to keep safe when open or adjust the machine.

    11.Use CHINT brand electrics.

     

    12.The walking rail material is casting, can improve the machine stability.

     

    Printer part

     

    1.Printing roller diameter include printing plate is 480mm, made with high quality steel plate, treated with surface grinding, hard chrome polishing, wall thickness 10-12mm, equalization balancing treatment. Pressing roller diameter 156mm, seamless steel pipe wall thickness 18mm, surface grinding with hard chrome, welding with equalization balancing treatment.

     

    2.Printing roller phase adjustment is planetary gear driving structure, digital control in 360°, electrical phase adjustment.

     

    3.Anilox roller surface adopt fine grinding hard chromium plating, outer diameter is Ø215mm, anilox LPI between 180-250 lines for choosing, rubber roller diameter140, roller surface has crowning to compensate the deformation because of power, make the ink layers be more uniform and ink transfer effect is better.

     

    4.Up feeding roller:diameter 86mm, equipped with three feeding loops, diameter is 136mm, lower feeding roller outer diameter 156mm. Surface is embossed and plated with hard chromium.

     

    5.Crease roller: external diameter 110mm,surface grinding. Up-Down scorer wheel:external diameter180mm.

     

    6.Electrical ink distribution system clean the ink roller automatically, motor adopts domestic name brands.

     

    Slotter part

     

    1.Upper slotting shaft:external diameter156mm, upper slotter holder:external diameter 388mm,geared ring adopt globular graphite material,It’s wear-resisting.

    Lower slotter shaft:110mm, slotting knife:width 7mm

    Corner cutter holder: width 50mm. The slotting knife holder and creasers move in transverse direction synchronously.

     

    Rotary die-cutter

     

    1.Die-cutting blade roller (lower roller)

     

    1) Outer diameter is Ø432mm (without the wooden die).

    2) 45# steel plate roll with surface grinding, hard chrome plated. Do balancing and correction to increase the stability in running.

    3) The screw holes distance for wooden die is 50mm×55mm.

    4) The suitable wooden die height is 25.4mm.

    5)  Wooden die thickness is 16mm for 3ply cardboard, 13mm for 5ply cardboard.

     

    2.Rubber blanket roller (above roller)

     

    1)Outer diameter Ø434.2mm.

    2)  45# steel plate roll with surface grinding, hard chrome plated. Do balancing and correction to increase the stability in running.

    3)  Adjust the gap between the die-cutting roller by manual.

    4)  Rubber blanket thickness is 10mm (outer diameter 456mm), width is 250mm.

    5)  Detachable rubber blanket with auto grinding device, the linear speed has the self-compensation function, can compensate the speed automatically after the grinding, to assure the same precision for each batch of paper.

    6)  Mechanical transverse movement device, range is 40mm.

     

    3.Creasing device

     

    1)Shaft diameter is Ø110mm, 2times surface grinding, hard chrome plated, move steadily, balance correction, steady running.

    2)Above creaser adopt QT450 material, will not damage paper, adjust scorers distance by manual, range is 1.2~12mm.

     

    4.Phase adjustment device

     

    1)  The die-cutting phase adopt planetary structure, digital adjustment in 360° ( can adjust when run and stop).
