4. Motorized detachment and combination, pneumatic locking and loosening of each unit, along with alarm ring and light when the machine unit moving to improve the operation safety.

1 Separation and combination of the machine : A Control of separation and combination of machine units is electrically, with alarm to keep the safety of operating
personnel. B There is friction clutch on the transmission shaft, to avoid damage the machine when mis-operation. C Pneumatic interlock device. D Main motor is variable-frequency motor. Variable-frequency control. Energy saving and stable to start. There is motor start-protected device. 2 Front edge idler wheel feeding system : A Absorbing feeder. Fan: 11 kw. The air volume can be adjusted according to the camber of the paperboard to keep feeding smoothly. B There is interlock control clutch in the slotting unit to control the scram feeding. C Cylinder drives sheets up and down. It acts fast and easily. D Front edge idler wheel feeding system E Location of side baffle and back block box are adjusted electrically. Clearance of front baffle is adjusted manually. F Paper skip feeding device. (It can feed skipped or continuously). G Feeding counter, which set and display the production quantity. 3 Dust cleaning device : A Brush dust cleaning device in feeding unit, which can remove most of dust on the surface of paperboard. It can improve the printing quality.
4 Paper feeding roller :
A Outer diameter of upper roller: Φ86mm. Solid steel, covered with durable rubber and treated with balance correction.
B Outer diameter of lower roller: Φ155mm. Embossed, hard chrome-plated, and balance-corrected.
C Feeding roller clearance dial is adjusted manually. Adjusting range: 0-12mm.
5 Automatic zero reset device
A Electric zero reset device on feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit.
B It can be adjusted to the right position after process 2 sheets of normal carton board. It reduces waste of carton board.
1 Printing roller (plate roller) A Outer diameter: Φ455mm B Surface of roller is grinded and hard chrome-plated. C Treated with balance correction, runs steady and smoothly. D Ratchet stationary rolling plate axil. E Whole plate hanging slot. The suitable hang plate bar is: 10mm×3mm. F Printing roller rotation forward or backward is controlled by pedal switch, when the printing plate is hung up or taken off. 2 Printing pressure roller A Outer diameter: Φ188mm. B Surface of roller is grinded and hard chrome-plated. C Treated with balance regulating, runs steady and smoothly. D Printing pressure roller clearance dial is adjusted manually. Adjusting range: 0-12mm. 3 Paperboard feeding upper and lower roller A Upper roller: outer diameter: Φ86mm, thickness steel pipe, attached with 4 feeding rings. B Lower roller: outer diameter: Φ156mm, thickness steel pipe, the surface is grinded and hard chrome plated. C Paperboard feeding roller clearance dial is adjusted manually. Adjusting range: 0-12mm. 4 Steel anilox roller A Outer diameter: Φ213mm. B Surface of roller is grinded, embossed and hard chrome-plated. C Treated with balance correction, runs steady and smoothly. D Automatic pneumatic lifting device, act in with feeding system. (The anilox roller will go down to touch printing plate, when the feeder begins to run. It will separate from the plate, when the feeder stops running.) E There is wedge overrunning clutch on the anilox roller. It is easy and convenient to even ink and wash ink. 5 Rubber roller A Outer diameter: Φ210mm. B Surface of the steel pipe is covered with wear-resistant rubber and it is after balance correction. C Rubber is medium-high grade special grind. Ink transfer well. 6 Phase adjust system A Planet gears structure. B Printing phrase is adjusted electrically in 360° . (It can be adjusted when running or stopping.) C Lateral width is adjusted electrically. Total adjusting range is: 14mm. 7 Water ink circulating A Pneumatic surge pump. It is steady to supply ink and easy to operate. B Printing ink filter screen to filter out impurities.
C Plastic ink tank. 8 Printing phrase fixing device A Solenoid brake. B Brake device will stop running of machine when each sections separate or adjust phrase. It can keep gears at origin location.
